Jeremy Wurm

Graduating with a Degree in Pharmacology from Adelaide University, Jeremy’s career began with the Commonwealth Department of Health in Canberra, after which he joined the Shell Company of Australia, as a Management Trainee. Subsequently obtaining a Masters Degree in Psychopharmacology from the University of Melbourne, he worked for nearly three years in a marketing role with a Dutch healthcare multinational, at their international Headquarters.

His first contact with Executive Search came in 1983, when he was approached to move to England, in order to take on a Business Development role with a large British pharmaceutical conglomerate, a position he held for five years. He then joined Ruston Poole International in London, spending two years carrying out senior Executive Search assignments for health and biosciences clients throughout Europe.

Jeremy returned to Australia in 1989 after nearly a decade overseas, and established Brooker Consulting in 1999.

He joined the Institute of Management Consultants in 1992, having become a Chartered Biologist in l987.

Jeremy was for ten years a Director and Board Member of Vision Australia Foundation, and is an active participant in the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Lesley has worked in project, operations and practice manager roles within diverse organisations in Zimbabwe, London, Hong Kong, Melbourne, and Sydney. Lesley holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Business Economics from the University of South Africa and also pursued further studies in Human Resource Management.
