Abound Communities provides a continuum of aged care across 5 Victorian facilities, from independent living to assisted care to residential homes. Originally caring for poor and retired actors when founded in 1869, today over 500 older Victorians with diverse needs call Abound home.

The brief

With the sudden passing of long-serving CEO Phillip Wohlers, Brooker Consulting was engaged to identify a worthy successor to lead the organisation.

The process
