Rebecca Perrone is the Managing Director of Brooker Consulting, a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm specialising in healthcare, life sciences and mission-led sectors.

With over two decades of experience in Executive Search across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific, Rebecca brings a multidisciplinary background spanning clinical nursing, academia, pharmaceuticals, biotech and executive search. This unique blend gives her deep insight into the leadership attributes required to navigate complex, highly regulated and purpose-driven environments.

Rebecca began her career in emergency and anaesthetic nursing before transitioning into academia and commercial leadership roles across pharma and biotech. Her career in executive search has focused on partnering with boards, CEOs and founders to appoint culturally aligned, impact-ready executives and board members across public health, research, medtech, not-for-profit and commercial life sciences organisations.

At Brooker Consulting, she leads executive appointments across clinical, commercial, governance and strategy portfolios. Her approach is high-touch, rigorous and values-driven. Designed to de-risk leadership transitions and support long-term organisational outcomes.
