Lisa has over 20 years’ experience as a leader within talent and culture. Having delivered recruitment solutions across many industries nationwide, Lisa specialises in Senior to Executive appointments and is particularly drawn to working with purpose-led organisations that align with her own values.

Lisa spends time with candidates to identify what inspires them in order to gain a deep understanding of their capabilities, culture needs and achievements. She fosters long term relationships with clients in order to provide a thorough, in depth recruitment approach. Her clients benefit from far-reaching impacts that extend across their business, culture and strategy.
