Lesley specialises in executive appointments in a number of for-purpose sectors; namely health, human services, biotech, Not-for-profit, and education. With a wealth of experience at the C-suite level, Lesley partners with organisations to provide executive search, assessment and HR advisory services to help them achieve their strategic objectives.

A key part of her ongoing success is her focus on building strong relationships and delivering for all stakeholders with integrity, honesty and professionalism. Lesley’s extensive background in management consulting, research, skills evaluation and leadership appraisal, and her dedication to excellent client and candidate care, ensure the best possible foundation for each assignment.

Prior to focusing on executive search and recruitment, Lesley worked in management consulting, operations, project leadership and practice management roles within diverse organisations in Zimbabwe, London, Hong Kong, Melbourne, and Sydney. Lesley holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Business Economics from the University of South Africa, and has also pursued further studies in Human Resource Management.
